We've gotten back into our groove back in Reno. Per the usual weekly routine, Candice and Mike made a delish dinner to enjoy in the relaxation of their home. On the menu tonight was mustard & herb crusted lamb chops and wild mushroom risotto, Seghesio wine (Mike's favorite), and for dessert, homemade strawberry ice cream with hand-whipped cream. Delish! Halfway through the meal (with mouth totally full), Candice remembered to take a pic (and then completely wolfed down the rest of her meal!).
... And the countdown begins-- Mike has one week left of third year to go! Yay!
